Mt hope shipyard feasibility study

The Panama Canal Authority (ACP) wished to develop its Mt Hope facilities and had previously undertaken an in-house development study. We partnered with a third part consultant to study ACP’s requirements and Atlantic commercial market potential. We also established additional facility requirements, provided a critique of in-house development, and assessed the financial viability of the proposed development.
