As an expert in the field of customer-driven organizations and digital transformations, you know better than anyone else how to put the customer first. Building this 'business capability' within organizations has no secrets for you. You are at the forefront and know how to bring purpose-driven experiences to life in b-to-c and/or b-t-b environments in the right way. 

You carry out strategic assignments for our customers. Making use of new technologies and existing CRM solutions, you develop and implement customer-oriented strategies for our customers. You design the desired situation, e.g. with the help of customer journey mapping, map out the required transformation and know how to bring about this change in collaboration with the customer.

  

No assignment is the same; you bring the right approach whether it concerns designing customer journeys, setting up customer-oriented business processes, developing a channel strategy or implementing new technologies to boost the customer experience. It’s all in a days work for you.

  

You contribute to filling the assignment portfolio (of the customer experience proposition team) through your strong relevant network. In addition, you actively market and conduct commercial activities aimed at strengthening the RHDHV Digital / Novius position in various sectors.

   

In addition to your assignments and commercial activities, you work together within the CX team to build up and disseminate our professional know how. For example, the consolidation of our experiences in vision, methodology or approaches to customer focused challenges, the innovation of our expertise or the promotion of our know how.  

You also train other professionals, coaching on-the-job and/or as a teacher within the Novius Academy. There are also ample opportunities to take up a more formal development role and thus guide starting consultants in their personal and/or professional development.

You are a content-driven, experienced consultant who independently supervises complex organizational changes. You proactively come up with new initiatives, involve others to work with you on this and persevere until the initiatives that have been devised have reached the finish line.

   

In addition, as a thought leader you have 

  • A clear vision on customer engagement;   

  • A strong network and a proven expertise in the field of customer engagement; 

  • Commercial track record; 

  • The drive to actively guide one and/or more consultants in addition to your own assignment(s); 

  • The skills to make customer-driven technological issues accessible to customers in a visual and clear way; 

  • Bachelor and/or master degree in Customer Experience, Innovation, Digital Marketing, Economics & Business, Design (industrial; product or interaction), Management,  

  • Excellent reporting and communication skills in Dutch and English.
