As an Integrated Marketing Specialist, you advise the local teams with their internal and external marketing and communication needs. With your effective, integrated marketing and communications plans, you achieve awareness, conversion and retention for our brand in the APAC region. And of course, you ensure that the strategy is in line with the overall strategy and related marketing plans on a global level.

 

What you will do as Integrated Marketing Specialist APAC

In your day-to-day work, you build and position our brand in the APAC region for our Business Line Water & Maritime. You will actively collaborate with the marketing teams in our leading markets to translate the global strategy, marketing plans and campaigns to regional strategies and campaigns. By doing so, you will tell our story to the right audience, at the right time across the right channels. 

 

Some examples of work you will be involved in are:

  • Creating strategies to promote our portfolio of Consulting, Design & Engineering and Technologies & Software and making target content on our website to align with these strategies.
  • Set up an effective content calendar that contains content such as articles, press releases, web pages and white papers and take care of the planning and execution. Naturally you keep the power of digital marketing in mind.
  • Building our local and digital media presence and the daily management of our social media accounts and our website. You will collaborate with the PR manager to build up an effective PR & external communication plan.
  • Assisting with target audience identification and understanding competitor marketing strategies. This will improve our marketing strategy and customer engagement.
  • Preparing internal communication that clearly translates the message and engages our employees and regional stakeholders.

You measure and monitor the effectiveness of the local marketing initiatives with KPI’s and appropriate report and status updates. You’ll analyse data, to find new ways to optimise our   ways of working.

As an Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will become part of a dynamic, international and fast-growing marketing team that serves the Business Lines Water & Maritime. A team that consists of about 10 marketing and communication experts which each their own focus. With most of our team being based in the Netherlands, you are our linking pin to the APAC region. But this doesn’t mean that you are on your own. You will work closely together with the Business Unit Director, local Business Development Team and Line Managers who are based locally within the Region.

 

What you bring

With your experience within a matrix organisation and running and executing marketing and communication strategies across business verticals, you effortlessly collaborate with diverse stakeholders of all levels. You are analytical and creative by nature, which makes it easy to solve problems and you are energetic and collaborative to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

 

Additionally, you have:

  • A university degree in Communications, Marketing or a Business Discipline.
  • A proven track record in development and implementation of marcom plans within the APAC region.
  • Profound knowledge of online marketing (SEO, SEA, Content Marketing, Social Media Advertising and E-mail Marketing).
  • Experience in working with CRM systems to manage funnels and measure ROI and KPI’s.
