What do you do as a Junior Civil Engineer (Site Inspector, Quantity Surveyor, Surveyor)

You will be involved through different stages of projects, from site investigation and surveys, data analysis, technical and commercial assessments and construction management. The role will be a mix of office and on-site works, working alongside skilled and experienced national and international colleagues.

Your responsibilities may include a variety of work including but not limited to:

  • Contribute to the drafting of specifications and bill of quantities
  • Contribute to the production of assessments, studies, designs and reports
  • Review assessments, studies, designs and reports produced by others
  • Produce drawings and models using Civil3D and other software
  • Manage site investigations, surveys and construction activities
  • Report and assess the safety, quality and progress of all site activities
  • Carry out environmental and water quality monitoring and reporting
  • Undertake software-based data analysis
  • Evaluate and report the progress and payment due
  • Undertake other tasks within the field of construction management

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or comparable)
  • Licensed Philippine Civil Engineer
  • 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering design or construction works
  • Knowledge in maritime engineering, quantity surveying or water quality works
