Job description

You carry out strategic assignments for the client. You do this by developing and implementing a customer-oriented strategy for our customers, by using new technologies and existing CRM solutions. You map out the change task, design and know how to make a (cultural) change through the use of your skills. You also play a prominent role in the further professionalization, development and marketing of our Customer Experience team.

You make a successful contribution to filling the assignment portfolio through your strong relevant network.
In addition, you actively contribute to marketing and commercialization aimed at strengthening the Novius position in various sectors. You do this from the content, by practicing your profession well and with pleasure, developing relationships within the customer environment and being alert to opportunities for improvement that you encounter there.

You proactively come up with new initiatives, involve others to work with you in this and persevere until the conceived initiatives have reached the finish. In addition:

  • You are a “thought leader” in this field and thus achieve commercial success in the field of Excellent Customer Experience;
  • You actively supervise one or more Novians, both in terms of content and on a personal level, next to your own assignment(s); 
  • You make issues accessible to our customers in a visual and clear manner;
  • You are a native Dutch speaker.
