In particular, the company wanted to foster long-term, trust-based relationships with its customers, using data to gain insights into their needs and improve targeted communications.
A brand-new data strategy
Working with Novius, a company of Royal HaskoningDHV, Univé South Netherlands was able to develop a comprehensive new data strategy with a phased rollout designed to address its primary challenges first.
We worked with Univé to select and prioritise use cases and determine which capabilities should be developed for each one. This enabled the company to incrementally develop a solid data foundation, gaining more control over the data it has and, crucially, ensuring it generates more value.

Univé’s South Netherlands new data strategy, along with the way it was able to prioritise its implementation, means the company now has better information at its fingertips — as well as the tools needed to use its data to maximum effect.
