A standardised basis across the designs has enabled us to offer a ‘Design one, build many’ approach. By offering a turnkey solution – from design to installation and operation – we are able to ensure every plant fulfils its role and maximises its functionality. 

Package and Mini can be standalone plants, or supplementary treatment for existing works that are operating at full capacity. Package and Mini plants can serve a population between 300 and 10,000 people. They are available in a range of sizes, to accommodate different populations, geography and climatic environments. Each plant utilises the same Nereda aerobic granular sludge technology as is used in full-scale facilities.   
 

Nereda Package Plants

The award-winning Nereda Package Plant is an ideal design solution for small plants. They include three graded variations of the design, which can treat a population equivalents up to the maximum capacity of 1,600, depending on specific p.e. requirements. A huge advantage of the Nereda Package Plant is that it can be entirely assembled offsite, then delivered to site and lowered directly into place on a cast concrete plinth.

Nereda Package employs the same Nereda technology as full-sized plants, with simplified instrumentation to be more compact, without losing its efficiency and excellent levels of Phosphorous and Nitrate removal. This is a cost-effective answer for plants that serve populations below 1,600, with all the benefits of clean water and minimum chemical dosage.
 

Nereda Mini Plants

Nereda Mini Plant has been designed to treat population capacities of 1,600-10,000 people. It has four designs, with rising capacities and so will need to be made onsite, though there is the same consistency of quality and design present in the Package Plants model.

The Nereda Mini Plant employs the same Nereda technology as full-sized plants, with simplified instrumentation to be more compact, without losing its efficiency and excellent levels of Phosphorous and Nitrate removal. This is a cost-effective answer to plants that serve populations below 10,000, with all the benefits of clean water and minimum chemical dosage.
