A rigorous assessment process which included an employee questionnaire and interviews with the management team demonstrated the team’s success in creating a supportive, stimulating atmosphere.

HR Asia’s assessment saw HaskoningDHV Vietnam score above the country average in all areas of the employee survey, with the impressive scores reflecting the development opportunities on offer and the positive attitude of staff towards both their role and the company.

The company’s commitment to staff development and support includes a wide range of training and development opportunities including English lessons delivered by a certified, external provider which lead to an IELTS qualification. These are undertaken together during the working day which is also a valuable team building experience.
The team in Vietnam prides itself on the fact that over half of its employees have been with the company for over five years. The high proportion of female staff is also testament to the efforts to build a diverse workforce, with a mentoring scheme having been specifically set up to support the development of female team members.
