Our client needed to extend the malt intake at their brewery so it could accept a range of raw materials. Our activities ranged from permitting to building & utilities design and process integration. The challenge in the project was the time schedule and location.

End-to-end service delivered from permitting to process integration

We set up a local team drawing on support from our South African office. The combination of local on-the-ground knowledge from our local partners with international expertise enabled us to fast track activities. We engaged our local partners for the architectural design, permit applications and environmental reports.

We used information from suppliers to integrate the design, process, equipment and utilities, including power and air systems. Through strong project management and by taking ownership of the challenge, we delivered the new intake on time and within budget.
