Shipyard feasibility studies
Most of our clients who are considering developing a new or existing shipyard want to check the feasibility of their plans quickly and at low cost. We combine our market research, shipyard design, technical and financial expertise to do this and often provide bankable feasibility studies
We generally adopt an iterative approach that optimises the technical and financial aspects of the plan against each other. The focus of the optimisation can either be achieving the maximum return on investment or a particular capability and productivity objectives at the lowest cost.
