Ship repair yard feasibility study

Royal HaskoningDHV was appointed by Nigeria LNG (part of the Promoter team) to:

• Analyse the ship repair market potential and associated potential revenue (undertaken by FMI)
• Select a site
• Develop a concept masterplan (undertaken by FMI)
• Develop CAPEX and OPEX estimates
• Produce the bankable business plan
• Take part in an investor roadshow
• Develop a Road Map for the project
• Draft a Memorandum of Understanding between Promoters and Lead Investor
• Review submissions from potential Lead Investors
• Identify the Lead Investor

This project drew on the expertise of many different disciplines from around the company and was an excellent example of our ability to provide a full range of services using in-house resources.
